A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start construction of the instrument order paid by check or wire transfer to NNI Inc. The remaining balance is due after completion of the instrument and prior to shipping or pick-up. Changes or cancellation to an order can be made at any time before production begins with no penalty fee. However,  in the event that a change is wished to be made the customer must turn in a formal request in writing to the Nagahara staff before production begins.

 

On complete flute orders headjoints can be exchanged within the first six months after the delivery date. If the exchange is an upgrade the difference of cost must be paid by the customer at the time of the exchange.

A one time complementary COA (clean-oil-adjust) service appointment is granted to direct customers within the continental USA  to be used on the first year of ownership.with free UPS 2nd DAY AIR return shipping included.
